Scoop Patroller – Terms of Service

Welcome to Scoop Patroller! By using our pet waste removal services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Scoop Patroller offers scheduled pet waste removal services for residential and select commercial properties. Services include:
- Collection and disposal of visible pet waste in designated outdoor areas
- Weekly, bi-weekly, or custom scheduling options
We aim to keep your yard clean, safe, and odor-free so you can enjoy your outdoor space with peace of mind.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective service, clients agree to:
- Provide access to the yard/property on the scheduled service day(s)
- Keep gates unlocked and pets secured or indoors during service
- Notify us of any changes in pets, scheduling needs, or access issues
- Maintain a safe environment free of aggressive animals or hazards
If access is not possible on a scheduled visit, we will attempt to reschedule. Missed service due to access issues may still be charged.
3. Payment Terms
- Services are billed monthly or per visit, depending on your plan
- Payments are due in advance of scheduled services
- We accept credit/debit card
- Late or missed payments may result in paused services
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule a service with at least 24 hours’ notice
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or we arrive and cannot access your yard, the visit may still be billed
- Recurring services can be canceled at any time with written notice
5. Inclement Weather & Holidays
We operate in most weather conditions. However, in cases of severe weather (heavy snow, ice, flooding), we may reschedule. We do not operate on major holidays and will communicate alternate service dates as needed.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with your service, let us know within 24 hours. We’ll do everything we can to make it right—because clean, safe yards are our promise.
7. Liability
Scoop Patroller is not responsible for damage to landscaping, irrigation systems, or property unless caused by clear negligence. We are fully insured and take every precaution to provide professional, respectful service.
8. Changes to Terms
Scoop Patroller reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and/or communicated via email.
